GTM returns Down marked as Down

Hello,     When resolving WideIP, GTM returns nodes that are marked as down by monitoring.     Will be happy with any hint or link to troubleshoot this situation (as the Deb one)...

If using the bigip monitor, I only apply it to the server object.
