A GTM listener is a LTM virtual server. So that would be synced with the configuration for HA you have.

 

However, the other configuration will depend on what you are configuring. Besides the wide ip and other objects that the GTM syncs, it is normally configured also to sync the DNS zone files. If you don't sync, you need to configure in both the DNS settings in both units.
