GTM not syncing LTM virtual servers after I manually created Virtual Server entries on GTM under server. Anyone know why this is happening? I did this to translate external public IP to internal IP but after that SYNC stopped working on the two LTMs I made the change on the other works work fine

The are many reasons. I recommend you to check some sync requirements.

Synchronization is done by iQuery communication. You can troubleshoot this using this guide.
