GTM not acquire the Virtual Server of LTM

Hi,   We have a GTM and a LTM. We try to discover virtual server on LTM but it doesn't work. Virtual Server Discovery is enabled and iqdump works between two devices.   Do you have any idea ? ...

    Thank you very much for your help. We find the solution and the real problem. We have this configuration GTM 1, GTM 2 and GTM 3. All our GTM are synchronized.

     

    We have tested connection between GTM 1 and LTM, it's ok.

     

    We have tested connection between GTM 2 and LTM, it's ok.

     

    We have tested connection between GTM 3 and LTM, it doen't work.

     

    That's the problem.

     

    If One of your GTM group doesn't reach a LTM. All other GTM doesn't work. We have open port onfirewall for GTM 3 and now all it is ok.

Hi Jonathan,

 

When you say other GTM works fine you mean to say this GTM which is not discovering the VS on LTM are in dns sync groups and you are trying to do health monitor the VS.

 

Normally its like below :

 

DC1 DC2 GTM1 <---> GTM2 LTM1 LTM2

 

So if I understand it right then you are saying GTM1 and LTM1 is fine but GTM2 and LTM1 is not fine and vice versa.

 

Is there any firewall in between ?
