GTM Monitor

I am monitoring a generic host on TCP port 21 from GTM. The monitor is successful, however I cannot see any of the traffic with tcpdump. I know the monitor is working through testing it, I just cannot...

That is exactly what is happening. One of the LTMs in that DC is health checking and sharing status via iQuery.
