I want to know how to write a irule to check GTM functionality that 99 my request goes to DC and then 1 request to my DR site is this achievable by irule or LB methods.

CirrusYou can use GTM wide ip ratio lb method.
You can define the ratio on the pools created and select ratio lb method to achieve your requirement.
