GTM Load balancing Static Persistece

I have configured static persistence at the Pool level in GTM device but i am not sure how does GTM will work and keep track of LDNS so next time if same client LDNS come and send to same Pool members.where he is creating or updating the entry.I have checked the /config/gtm/LDNS directory and didn't find anything.I am also sure this algorithm is totally from Persistence enabled on the wide IP level.
