Cumulonimbusif you configure GTM pool with both HTTP and HTTPS ports, and one of both service fails, the GTM will still answer with this IP address because of the other service UP.
Are you still using HTTP service??? Most of HTTP published services are only for redirect to HTTPS service.
If this is your configuration, define only HTTPS VS in GTM pool.
