GTM issue resources of webpage is not working properly.

Hi All/DC Experts,

 

We are encountering issue now with GTM.

 

When we access the web using LTM (IP address) virtual server the resources of the page is working fine.

 

But when we tried to access the webpage using FQDN GTM the resources of the page is not working.

 

Need your GTM expertise :)

    You need to troubleshoot why the page resources aren't loading. Start by isolating one particular thing that doesn't work (for example the banner image) and troubleshoot that.

     

    Right click on the broken image icon, select properties, copy the URL, and then paste that into the nav bar.

     

    • What error do you get ?
    • Does the domain resolve ?
    • Does the file exist ?

    It's likely that the same problem applies to the css file, so once you fix the image, the rest will fall into place.
