GTM design for two DC
We just try implement GTM for test application. We have two DC DC1 and DC2, each DC has internal and external zone with pair LTM application stack use external and internal LTMs (2 pairs 4LMS per DC) Is it enough use one GTM with two listeners(external and internal) per DC for resolve external and internal request?

One GTM should be sufficient. However, for better redundancy, you should have one GTM at each DC. You don't need GTM pair at any DC.

Does GTM have to be connected to each LTM in HA pair?
If there is LTM HA pair, you should define server in same way GTM config.

Having 2 listeners only does not separate the internal or external requests. The wide ips have no link to the listener, and the list of wide ips will be available to any of those listeners.
So, if I target the external listener asking for an internal FQDN, GTM will give me the private IP. Of course, a normal user will never do that, but is just to show you that the 2 listeners is not a true separation.
I have a project with something similar, and there are multiple options, including iRules, bind, topology, etc...
Can you provide more information about your DNS resolution requirements? Provide examples, it does not need to be the real domains, mainly so I can understand if is the same for external and internal.
