GTM Configuration

Hi I am working on a new GTM deployment and I think I am missing something as the device isn't load balancing my wideip. I can see traffic hitting the wide ip but it isn't getting to the virtual serv...

Thanks alot Hamish. I am using one-armed mode and I used the self ip to define the GTM Server...since the ltm resides on the same box do I use the same self ip to define it?
