GTM cache feature problem

Hello,everyone:

 

I have a question if F5 will resolve DNS in the internet forwardly when I only enable the cache feature? What's more, I configed "; which Corresponding A record is "10.168.1.100" in the wide-ip,the resolved address will be a public address.So is this normal?
