GTM Basic Configuration

Hi All,

 

Apologies, bit of a noddy question this. I'm familiar with LTM's but this is my first GTM implmentation.

 

 

I have 2 sites, one GTM at each. I created a data centre on each GTM but Site B data centre status is always 'unknown'. Everythng else on SiteB GTM is correctly shown as available - just not the data center status.

 

Both GTM's are in the same synconisation group.

 

 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

    Hope the configured servers (physical aspect) under the DC are showing as available. You may want to check if virtual server auto discovery is enabled when adding the other side GTM into the local DC. Also check if the server state is "enabled" in the DC tab.

    Thanks for the repsonse. It's sorted now, for some reason all the servers were allocated to a single DC.

     

     

    Apologies for such a basic quesition in this forum but I coudn't see a more appropriate location.
