NimbostratusGTM and DNS Service
It has 2 boxes with H. A., and only one box has the GTM license. You can configure the DNS service in the two boxes? or the DNS service depends on the active GTM? I heard that the DNS is contained as part of the GTM, is this true?

Although running on the same box, LTM and GTM have independent failover and configuration sync processes. Even when GTM and LTM are running on the same box, you can conceptually think of them as separate devices. HA between two LTMs will be unaffected by the presence of GTM on only one of those devices. The LTM configsync between them will only contain the LTM part of the configuration.
GTM (DNS) can only be provisioned on the device that has the appropriate license.
