Thanks....so the wideIP configured wouldnt necessarily be (or couldnt be) the same as the orginal DNS request made by the client. For example a request for url1.abc.com would ultimately have to hit a wideip defined as url1.123.abc.com rather than a wideip defined as url1.abc.com due to the CNAME being put in place. Are there any other common methods of achieving the same result? Pros and cons of either
