GTM + Route Health Injection
Hi,
I wrote a post earlier, but didn't seem to submit, so forgive me for being breif with this version.
We have an appication where we use two GTM as primary and secondary NS, to serve the site IP.. these GTM's monitor a pair of LTM's in the primary and secondary sites.. normally all traffic should be going via the primary LTM Pair VIP, on failover or invocation we direct traffic to the secondary site VIP and thus the GTM changes the DNS record that we serve.
We also have a number of clients that access this service via an MPLS network, as we cannot use DNS on this system / network clients just access via an internal (RFC1918) IP.. as a result this is a manual failover, we are currently using BGP to control this network and I believe we are using the MED value to influence the route, but would need to go check (and irrelevant!) what I want to know is whether the Advanced Routing module can be used on the GTM (1600 Platform)as opposed to the LTM in order to 'inject routes / influence BGP'?
Thanks
David

Thank you very much, I don't know why my efforts of googling and searching didn't return that!
Much appreciated.
