Wondering the same. Is GTM able to be configured HA pair?

gtm is dns server, where have you seen dns in active standby? it can be primary or secondary but always active. you can not configure failover for gtm/dns. if you want you can configure listener as a part of traffic group and active box of the traffic group will reply but gtma are still active. the negative side of that, build on bind will not work, since it is listening on non floating ip addreess only
