Feb 06, 2014GRE Tunnel For ZScaler Web Filtering (or any other provider)
I am looking for some basic guidance on setting up a GRE tunnel in a partition to send web traffic for filtering from the F5 to a provider (in this instance ZScaler). The tunnel looks fairly easy to setup but I am not sure how to send the right traffic to the right place.
Thanks, Chris

Briefly;-
- Identify Remote tunnel endpoint ie 44.33.1.2, and create tunnel.
- Ensure you have valid route to tunnel endpoint.
- Identify destination for filtering ie. 44.33.2.2 and create route to it using tunnel interface.
- Create clone pool with member 44.33.2.2, and assign to your virtual server.
Let me know if you want any more information.

Thanks very much for the prompt response! Any details you could go into on these steps would be greatly appreciated. We are using F5 for AFM and LTM, but anything beyond the basics of that are foreign to us, and we adding partitions per customer seems to add complexity in aligning the documentation to what we are doing. (It also seems to confuse F5 as well as I guess most people aren't doing this as a multitenant environment). Thanks again!
