Unable to add the device through Enterprise manager.Getting the Error Invalid Clock Skew. Can someone please let me know how to handle this?
Sounds like one or more of the devices you are trying to add are out of sync as it comes to date and time. Check your date and time settings. Make use of NTP if possible.
Kerberos tends to show similar settings (clock skew to great) if the time offset is to big.

I have fixed the issue by manually setting the time.Tq for you help.
