Is there a tool/script which can give me CPU and LTM resource details which can lay a benchmark for me to move to Viprions around CPU and other bits.
Zabbix can do this. I've got a discovery template you can use:
You'd have to add the basics yourself (CPU).
Observium has some of the things you're looking for out of the box.
Also know that quite a lot of people use Cacti.
