Get configuration based on ipAddress or hostname

I'm working on some integration between tools. What I have right now is a hostname and ip address for a server. What I want to do is query EM to see if/where that server is configured in the F5's.

 

Knowing on the ip address, is there a way to do that with iControl?

    To the best of my knowledge, you cannot send iControl API queries to Enterprise Manager. Looking at the API reference, I don't see anything: https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iControl.APIReference.ashx
