Setup - client (external url) -> Internet -> DC1/2 -> Linkproof (link load balancing (NAT) -> Firewall - BIG-IP DNS and LTM in DMZ - > servers in DMZ.
1) Can DNS listener be private/public ip address ? 2) My LTM virtual address in private address range, what will be my member address in BIG IP DNS.
Need more inputs and share the links necessary to accomplish the task

1) Can DNS listener be private/public ip address ?
Your DNS listener can be on a virtual IP or a self-IP. You can have listeners (with the same DNS profile) on public and private self-IPs.
2) My LTM virtual address in private address range, what will be my member address in BIG IP DNS.
You will need to configure a "Translation address" for the LTM as detailed in
K14707: Configuring BIG-IP DNS server objects for BIG-IP devices that reside behind a firewall NAT
