Generic command in user_alert.conf

Hi, I would like to execute a generic command when the state of a instance change Is it possible to keep the message and pass it to my commande Ex: alert BIGIP_GTMD_...

Thanks for your answer, i don't think user_alert.conf is used by syslog-ng, i think it's the part of the alertd daemon, but i don't find any documentation about it.
