Gateway Failsafe in V10 missing

recently upgraded to ver 10 and the gateway failsafe is no longer available as an option under the web GUI!!!     Please advice

I don't have a v10.0 box, but the option is certainly there for 10.1.0 (Under High Availability:Fail-safe:Gateway)
