CirrusTough to state without access to the device/network. However, I haven't come across any such ARP issues with F5 in the past. May be there is an ARP conflict. Was it working previously? Can you try and ping the GW and any one server IP from F5 ? Is the traffic exiting the F5 from the right VLAN?
