FTP issues using filezilla

Question

Hi,&nbsp;
We have recently setup VIP for ftp connections through F5. We are having issues when user is trying to access ftp using filezilla client (in both active and passive modes) . Is it possible that F5 is not able to handle connections coming from filezilla? Please help me in understanding this. &nbsp;

There is no incompatibilities with FileZilla that I know of.  When you created the VIP did you apply an FTP profile?&nbsp;

Session is timing out and I have tried allowing data-port 20 and 0. Both gave me same results.

    auto-lasthop enabled
    destination x.x.x.2:ftp

    partition Corp_Non-prod
    pool pl_test01
    profiles {
        /Common/tcp { }

What is timing out exactly?  The opening of the control channel?  The opening of the data channel? or is it timing out while a file is being transferred?
