Forward same message from client to VIP to 2 nodes

How can an irule be created to forward the same message received from an incoming client to 2 different nodes. Message X received by VIP1 (source IP C and destination IP of VIP V), I want to forward to node A (IPa) and node B (IPb) with destination IPs changed to IPa and IPb. Node A and B are not IDS and are not in same layer 2 subnet as the VIP. Is an irule possible to achieve this?
