Flash download VERY SLOW through GTM

I have a server behind my GTM's. Conenction to the server is load balance by the GTM's, then through our firewall for translation and then to the LTM on the DMZ before hitting the server. clients download flash from the server is very slow and the problem started lastweek. The software we are using the the GTM's and LTM's is BIG-IP 9.3.0 Build 192.0. Sometime our firewall behind the GTM is seeing a connection reset coming from the GTM's.

 

 

The problem doesnt happen all the time so it's difficull to torubleshoot.

 

 

Has anyone experienced similar problem?

    Servers don't typically sit "behind" a GTM such that the traffic to the server would be impacted by a problem with traffic to the GTM. All GTM will do is resolve the name, then the traffic will flow between the client and the Virtual server address the GTM handed out.

     

     

    The RST seen from the GTM's is most likely unrelated to a throughput problem that occurs after the hostname has been resolved. I'd take a closer look at the traffic flowing through the firewalls & LTMs to determine the point at which the slowdown is occuring. You may need to capture on both sided of both devices to make the determination.
