FirePass: Can't establish network access in google chrome

when i click network access icon in webtop it appear message "could not identify container url"

 

but my colleage computer can use network access with google chrome browser

 

any suggestion ? thanks in advance

    Hi Nat,

     

     

    I'd work with your Firepass administrator on this issue. If you are the admin and have troubles, you can open a case with F5 Support.

    Couple things to consider, the version of Chrome and if they're using the Chrome/IE add-on. As stated by Hoolio, contact your Firepass admin, just to clarify though. F5 only supports IE in the traditional sense. All other browsers are supported in an ad-hoc manner. If this has changed, I would love to know :)
