Firepass AV detection

I appologize if this is the wrong forum.

We have a Firepass appliance that we are using for VPN access. We are running v6.1. Our pre-logon secquence is setup to check for a running copy of AV. The check runs fine on Windows 7 32bit. We had a couple of Windows 7 64bit systems that we were able to get working by reinstalling AV, the Firepass client and other changes. I was hoping that someone may have seen this before and would be able to help point to an easier fix.
