Firepass API - OPSWAT Inspection

I am going to start having our developers integrate the Firepass API into some of our applications. I have a questions on the API using some of the the Firepass Endpoint Security features before authentication. So far the examples in the SDK does not have any of these components documented so I don't know if we can utilize them as part of the pre-login inspections and protective components available on version 5.5+. This helps me verify that the workstation using the API meets the security watermark before gaining access to the servers on the other end.

Also, does the API utilize the Network Access plug-in and Application Tunnel plug-in like the Stand-alone SSL VPN client?

 

I like to know this so I can package those components with our applications also to avoid having them installed everytime the users logs in.
