Filter incoming by IP and send to pool

First off i wanna thank everyone for helping with this:

 

My problem that needs answer: I have a scenario where i want to filter certain client of ours by IP and send them to a different pool. This LB set up will allow all traffic from the public, and send it to a public pool. But certain customer I like to point them to my customer pool. is there a way to do this?
