We've problems with a website which always asks for the favicon.ico. When it's not to be found the bigip always sends back a 302 redirect and then the session times out.

NimbostratusAnswer on your first question is: The BIG-IP sends the redirect because the favicon.ico is not to be found, we assume that this is the case. Yes, we have Irules running. But we already have tried without the Irules attached. We're using standard compression profile.
