Fallback host and TCP request queueing conflict?

Hi

 

I've want to use connection limit feature and fallback host when limit is reached.

 

Question is If I enable TCP request queueing too. when fallback host will triggered?

 

when queue is full ? or feature is conflict (fallback host immediate trigger and following connection not go to queue, it go to fallback host instead) ?
