Failure to when connecting from a Windows server

Hi   I got a strange issue i got a VIP connecting on 80 a backend server running apache on RHEL 7.2 when i connect to the site on any OS i can connect except from windows machiens. i get a TCP RS...

This is what i'm getting by the way the site runs on weblogic 12c
