It´s referencing VIPRION, but perhaps 4200v is affected as well.

This issue is appearing on a single unit only?

AOM (LOP) is not a critical component from my perspective. But in case it is broken, I would try to RMA the unit. Troubleshooting would involve trying to install the latest AOM software manually.

It´s available for download on AskF5.

In any case I would recommend to open a support case.
