Failover
Hi Paulius
Yes, I wish that if an interface, for example, port 1.1, goes down, the F5 should failover.

cpt_ri_F5 The F5 will failover when any routed interface goes down by default so you do not have to do anything to make this work.

I can assure you that that is the normal behavior because this is something I deal with on a regular basis in the thousands of F5s that I have configured. The only time this isn't normal behavior is when you have F5 interfaces in a LAG which then requires you to create the HA group previously mentioned and then tuning it to have the appropriate behavior when an interface goes down in the LAG.
