it has just to be a switched network, have a customer with its own DWDM between their Datacentres which result in a Layer 2 Connectivity over 110 Kilometers.

 

but please make a little bond of two links over a redundent switched network. Also configure not only one Sync Network instead of the best practise of 2 Networks. Also configure directly the mirroring addresses etc.
