Could you kindly assist how to install the f5 library in python so that i can write the codes. Appreciate for your kind reply.

resources are going to declarative models with DO/AS3/TS, etc, so the f5-common-python library, while not dead, is on life support. BIGREST is not by F5, wrote this and it's actually quite clever, transitioning a little of the work (not much) back to the user in exchange fo effectively full support in BIG-IP and BIG-IQ.
FWIW, I did a compare/contrast of f5-common-python and bigrest a while back:
How many do you guys have now? I think they're reproducing!
