I've tried to access the vLab files, found here, as to build my Lab and prepare for the 201-TMOS Administration Exam , but I'm unable to get access. I have also searched on the F5 Dow...

AltostratusAmolari is correct. The vLabs are only available to F5 partners. However there are free online training labs here: F5 University. These labs give you access to VEs with a 2 hour time limit I believe.
You could also get time-limited free trial VEs here F5 Product Trials or the lab license that was mentioned previously.
