CirrusFrom 11.5+ code version, even cores are used for TMM traffic. Once the even cores hit 80% utilization, odd cores are utilized for TMM traffic. See K15003
I don't think there is going to be a perfect distribution of connections across the cores since they are also utilized for management and control functions.
