F5 VE Trial and integration to GTM

hi, has anyone experienced the issue of getting GTM running BIG-IP 10.2.4 Build 732.0 Hotfix HF5 to install big3d on the virtual trial version?

 

192.168.18.200 is the trial ltm. bigip_add runs no problem. the big3d process is not running on the trial ltm..
