F5 VE SSL TPS license limit

I have a question related to F5 VE SSL throughput license limit. The point is that we need to get at least 3Gbps SSL RSA throughput for our environment. Currently we do not have a possibility to use SR-IOV capability due to virtual environment limitations. Thus we are not able to use High Performance license with 6.9Gbps SSL RSA throughput. Here I have found https://www.f5.com/pdf/products/big-ip-virtual-editions-datasheet.pdf that we still can purchase 5Gbps (L4, unencrypted) Throughput License (that presumably does not require SR-IOV). TMM count for VE equals 2. Unfortunately, it's not clear what is the maximum SSL RSA throughput available with 5Gbps license?
