F5 unable to detect McAfee database and scan info
Hi, I have an access policy configured to check AV and firewall settings. The policy is configured to block access if the database age is older than 14 days.
I have a user running McAfee Livesafe version 14.0 Release name 14.0 R13.
The client PC is failing the AV compliance with the following variables:
session.check_software.last.av.item_1.errors is Failed to get 'db_time'. code: -6 (Object not found) mId: 3 iId: 9 session.check_software.last.av.item_2.errors is Failed to get 'last_scan'. code: -6 (Object not found) mId: 12 iId: 9
The F5 is currently running OESIS version 3.6.10826.2 which should support McAfee Livesafe 14.X
I will arrange to upgrade the OESIS version as soon as i can get the go ahead. In the meantime has anybody else encountered any issues with McAfee Livesafe?

This issue has been resolved by upgrading to 4.2.1105.0
