F5: Unable to connect to VPN in Mozilla
Hi, I am having a problem with connecting to my customer's VPN via F5 running on Mozilla. When I run the same connection to the customer's VPN using Internet Explorer it is able to connect.
Please advise what is wrong with Mozilla as this is my preferred browser.
Thanks & Rgds.

It could have something to do with SSL certificates and trust. There are certain certificate authorities that are trusted by Internet Explorer that are not by Firefox.
What error does Firefox present when it is unable to connect? And are there any errors in the BIG-IP log that may indicate the problem?

Cory, thanks for your reply. Upon checking further, the F5 has generated the error. "If your browser or browsers settings do not support active components, or if downloading and installation fails, click here to continue". Is this because that firefox cannot support ActiveX? Thanks & Rgds. - yes ActiveX is IE only, always has. but for firefox / chrome you can install plugins / addons.
