F5 was unable to talk to Appviewx server on port 5004 to deliver Event Notifications

If the port '5004' is not opened in the firewall from F5 to AppViewX then it will not be able to communicate or in other words, it will not be able to register the events. And you can check this by using telnet/curl command from F5 as below,
telnet IP 5004, curl -kv "eventnotification URL", curl -kv "Serverip with port"
