Hello,
I have a same question. We have an application that works with TCP port 5005. We need to have a consistent connection between Clients and server. As long as we only have one client, It works fine, but TCP session starts bouncing when new clients start to talk to the server. I've read an article about packet by packet proxy. I am not sure it helps or not, and i don't know how to change the proxy mode. Please let me know if you have any suggestion.
Thanks Ali,

Hi Ali Have you tried a fast layer 4 virtual server, using source address persistence to the pool members?
This should be the starting point for most configs.

Jan,
Thank you very much for your quick reply. I've tried Fast Layer 4 with source persistence, but It didn't work. As long as We only have one client it works fine, as soon as other clients start talking , the sessions on all clients (TCP:5005) start flapping. Software department believes that we need to use transparent proxy, because their software needs to know the IP of each client.

Make The F5 The default gateway for the origin servers, and switch off SNAT?
