F5 TRANSPARENT PROXY FOR HTTP POST REQUEST

How can F5 LTM be used to proxy an HTTP POST request? I know for a fact, that the f5 works well for HTTP Get and Connect method using the f5 iapp, but what irule needs to be configured to make it proxy for HTTP POST requests
