Hello All
I need to configure F5 to run shell script on Unix machine on certain events, for example if I configured a monitor on F5 for an IP/port, when that IP is down I need F5 to run a script...

yes. you can execute script using syslog-ng (Kevin's suggestion), alertd or icall.

to run script remotely, you may check if plink is usable.
