F5 to McAfee Proxy to iTunes download error 9006

Hello, We have setup the F5 to load balance two McAfee web proxies (setup is currently in UAT), which includes failover and possibly further members to be added based on priority. The setup is F5 PAC VIP --> Proxy Pac iRule --> F5 Mcafee VIP SNAT Automap (source persistance 1 hour) --> McAfee Web Proxies Used regular TCP profile....now LAN optimised profile for increased buffer headers in case that was issue. No difference. Enabling OneConnect causes auth prompts.

 

When they use the F5 proxy VIP, they receive the error 9006 from iTunes when trying to update/download software, less than 1mb downloaded, just stalls and throws the error; There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "xxxxx". An unknown error occurred (9006)

 

If they go direct to the proxy IP address, no issues.

 

I have had issues where there is delay in loading pages in IE for one person so far (intermittent)...but Chrome is fine.

 

Anyone have an idea on what is causing that issue?
